Compensation: $200,000 - $500,000 yearly Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support a team of real estate agents to achieve their full potential Work closely with our multiple dedicated buyer's agents, who will provide lead support and enhance your efficiency Utilize Inside Sales Agents to make calls on your behalf, generating leads and streamlining your workload Provide expert guidance on real estate transactions, negotiations, and market trends Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless real estate experience Develop and execute team goals and strategies to drive success Collaborate with the leadership team to continually improve our team-building model Qualifications: Proven track record as a successful real estate professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience Active real estate license in the East Bay - Bay Area Market Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams A desire for growth and a willingness to embrace innovative approaches in real estate About Company Rise Group Real Estate is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate agency dedicated to empowering real estate professionals to succeed in their careers.
