Lead Solar Installer

Duties: - Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures according to project specifications - Use power tools and hand tools to assemble and secure solar panel systems - Connect solar panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and connections - Test and troubleshoot solar panel systems to ensure they are functioning correctly - Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working with high voltage systems - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings related to solar panel installations - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively - Electrical conduit bending and wiring experience a must.
Experience: - Previous experience as a solar installer a must - Familiarity with electrical systems - Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for electrical and solar installation work - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Forklift certification is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.

Work day starts directly at the job site every morning at 7:30 am.
Job site can be anywhere in the Bay Area but mostly in the entire East Bay Area.
We are looking for a well-rounded experienced solar installer so please do not apply if you don't have any experience or have very little experience.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.
00 - $35.
