Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tower Technician to join our team.
As a Tower Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication towers.
This is a physically demanding role that requires working in various weather conditions.

Duties:
- Perform tower installations, upgrades, and repairs according to project specifications
- Operate bucket trucks for tower access
- Install and troubleshoot low voltage and high voltage cabling
- Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning of tower equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Tower Technician or similar role preferred
- Ability to climb towers up to 300 feet using safety equipment
- Proficiency in bucket truck operation and rigging techniques
- Knowledge of telecommunications systems, including 4G/LTE technology
- Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
