*Job Description:*
* Collaborate with the CFO to prepare monthly financial statements for multiple companies operating across different states.
* Conduct bank account reconciliations for the various companies.
* Perform daily cash reconciliation and balancing, including positive pay uploads.
* Prepare journal entries, maintain, and reconcile accounts accurately.
* Assist with external and internal audit requests, providing necessary information.
* Execute month-end journal entries for the closing of multiple companies.
* Conduct intercompany monthly reconciliations.
* Maintain lease accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards related to leases.
* Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
*Job Requirements:*
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Construction Accounting.
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or equivalent experience, with at least 7 years of progressively responsible experience.
* Strong ethics, organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
*Skills:*
* Proficiency in Sage 300 and Microsoft Excel.
* Self-motivated with high energy and a commitment to delivering quality work independently.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.
* Thorough understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
* Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
* Outstanding team player with a positive outlook and professional demeanor.
*Job Type:*
* Salary: $100,000 to $150,000 (salary range based on experience).
* Onsite: Full-time position, Monday through Friday, forty (40) hours per week.
This role is not classified as a hybrid or remote position.
