We are looking for a Program Manager will be aligned with leading global client that is a leader in technology.
We have several large projects within this program.
This person will be a main point of contact between a major client and our Global engineering teams.
These projects will be primarily NPI lasting multiple years for leading edge technology for network transport and amplifier technology.
What You Will Do Total ownership of project development and delivery throughout the whole product development life cycle Work with all stakeholders on definition of product scope, project schedule, product cost, engineering budget, and manage the dynamics during development Lead, motivate and delegate engineering teams in global sites on project development execution with excellence Work with PLM on business development, market research, and product line strategies Perform risk management, mitigation, and communication to appropriate stakeholders, engineering teams and client as needed Work with overseas NPI team on volume production readiness Perform routine interlock meetings with global customers on product definition, schedule update and troubleshooting Coach and develop junior project managers on capability and professionalism Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , Optical, Communications, Networking or related technical discipline At least 5 years experience with Program Management for complex engineering programs Extensive experience in product lifecycle management for NPI projects Experience with datacom, optical systems or transport networks Proficiency in project development management with global teams and at executive level with traceable results Experience in both waterfall and agile development methodologies: Scrum, Sprint, CI/CD, etc.
Experience in project management and ALM tools, such as MS Project, SmartSheet, Jira What Will Put You Ahead Fluent in Mandarin Experience with Optical Network Product Development For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000- $200,000 per year.
This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
