RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain the project bid calendar.
Create, organize and maintain all bid document files.
Includes downloading bid documents on a constant basis.
Creating and preparing submittals.
Collecting, organizing and logging of bid results.
Preparing / logging and maintaining all change orders and assisting estimating team in tracking.
Assisting Estimators and Project Managers with a variety of tasks
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to operate computer, standard and specialized software applications including Word and Excel
Must possess excellent organization skills as well as writing, public relations and communications.
Regular attendance in office is required.
Valid CA Driver’s License
