Our Award Winning Client is currently searching for a highly skilled estimator with a background in wood framing to contribute to our dynamic team.
This is a full-time, onsite position with paid relocation opportunities.

*Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with joist suppliers and general contractors.
* Perform plan reviews and estimations.
* Manage the upload and distribution of drawings to suppliers.
* Review addendums and facilitate communication.
* Create and manage Request For Information (RFI) and Request For Substitution (RFS).
* Conduct takeoff and estimating tasks.
* Calculate material costs.
*Qualifications and Experience:*
* Minimum of 5 years of construction experience.
* Preferably, a background in wood framing.
*Technical Skills:*
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Familiarity with takeoff tools like On Screen Takeoff.
* Ability to use Adobe Acrobat for PDF markups.
* Experience with online drawings management tools, including Procore, BuildingConnected, Box, and Dropbox.
