Minimum qualifications: Associate's or trade school degree, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in semiconductor fab, R&D lab, or related area in an equipment engineering or maintenance engineering role.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in project coordination, driving communication cross-functionally, including in person, through emails, reports, and technical documents.
Experience with AutoCAD, designing layouts and tooling, and reading and understanding equipment schematics.
Understanding of the relationship between clean room process equipment and facility support equipment.
Understanding of wafer fab equipment, fundamentals, maintenance, and repair.
Ability to service complex process/wafer fab equipment.
About the job Supporting the development of Raxium's unique, first of its kind microLED's - our facility and equipment staff's responsibility is to keep our semiconductor equipment operations running safely and smoothly - everything from preventative and reactive maintenance to complex troubleshooting, equipment installations, and improvements.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities Own and lead tool installations, modifications, improvements, repairs, and maintenance.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs of wafer fab and support equipment.
Own the development of preventative maintenance procedures and training of critical tools.
Work with process and equipment engineering to improve equipment performance.
Manage activity in laboratory and fabrication.
