Cell Therapy Logistics and Planning Specialist

ArsenalBio, a privately held, clinical-stage programmable cell therapy company engineering advanced CAR T therapies for solid tumors, is seeking a talented Logistics Specialist I to work onsite based in our Hayward and San Francisco offices.

Arsenal Bio is seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Logistics Specialist I reporting into the Supply Chain department.
The Logistics Specialist I supports management of critical patient material logistics and the production schedule.
This role entails collaborating closely with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of daily schedules aligning with site priorities.
What You Will Do: Work independently under minimal guidance, while receiving general instructions on new assignments Coordinate logistical partners for all aspects of the patient journey, including apheresis pickup and shipment, final product packout and shipment and critical sample shipments Manage the production schedule including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance activities Continuously improve the planning and scheduling of resources Create and release production orders in accordance with production plan/schedule and reschedule as required Own supply chain deviations and drive to closure with corrective and preventative actions Participate in improvement initiatives that impact multiple areas using OE methodologies under limited direction and guidance Maintain system and data by ensuring shop-floor operations are accurately reflected and detailed in systems Represent and facilitate Supply Chain in production meetings with Manufacturing, Materials Management, Facilities, and Quality personnel with emphasis on resolving outstanding issues, communicating schedule priorities, and facilitating interdepartmental discussions Perform other additional duties as needed What Will You Bring: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a production planning/scheduling role or equivalent, with strong emphasis on and experience in customer service.
Desired experience include Biotech, pharmaceutical, personalized health care experience, or cell and gene therapy manufacturing Bachelor’s Degree preferred Ability to adapt to flexible working hours to ensure business continuity Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on demand Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets Project management capabilities is a plus Demonstrated learning agility with a positive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated base salary offer for the preferred primary location of San Francisco Bay area ranges from $33.
