PURPOSE The Fab Supervisor works a 3-Day/4-Day Compressed Work Week (CWW) Schedule.
In this role, you will be directly responsible for supervising about ~30 B Shift Technicians.
You will work in a clean room environment managing all aspects of our Probe Head Line.
This is a role for a people-oriented, dynamic, energetic, self-driven individual who is results-oriented, and above all has a positive “can do” attitude with a clear focus on deliverables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees production related activities for all techs supporting PH area to include hiring, training, and managing performance Coordinates, tracks, and prioritizes production in line with the company’s quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure production goals are attained.
Collaborates with Human Resources regarding recruitment and staffing of non-exempt employees to ensure staffing targets are consistently met.
Collaborates with engineering and maintenance groups regarding process and or equipment qualification, performance, and maintenance.
Oversees Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are in line with the companies Health and Safety policy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing , lean principles, and 5S Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office Applications to create spreadsheets, Word documents, and presentations Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated problem solving skills, able to analyze data, create various reports, and recommend corrective actions Demonstrated organizational and time management skills Flexible and able to prioritize EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED Knowledge and skills typically acquired by completing a BA or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in wafer test/ semiconductor manufacturing Lead, Supervisor or equivalent role The pay range for this role in Livermore, CA is between $84,800 and $111,300.
The pay range may differ in other locations.
FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
