*Duties and Responsibilities:* · Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
· Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and assessments to evaluate project requirements and constraints.
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure project requirements are met.
· Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
*Key Requirements, Education, and Experience:* · Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
(Preferred) · Proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
· Customer service and client management skills.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
· Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and project management.
· Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Procore, P6 scheduling software and project management software.
*Travel * · Travel to project sites and client meetings may be required.
