Experienced remodel labor needed (dublin / pleasanton / livermore)

Need experienced taper/painter for 2-3 days of work on mobilehome remodel.
Also need plumber to swap out 18" long 1/2" gas line out and install 1/2" plug under mobilehome with easy access.
Need a finish Carpenter to help with a couple rooms with crown molding.
Must speak some English to communicate.
IMPORTANT: reply with experience you have and your hourly rate for your trade.
(Plumber can give a flat rate since that work is minutes) and your contact number.
I don't reply to replies that don't list all these.
Must have a ID of some kind to sign release to work and not be a tweaker druggie or a drunk.
