*Job Description* Allcom Electric is looking for an experienced Low Voltage Project Manager to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for reading and interpreting plans and other documentation to prepare and complete bids as well as managing low voltage construction projects.
*Systems we work with* * Fire Alarm: Silent Knight, Autocall, Firelite * Access Control: Doorking, Linear * CCTV: Digital Watchdog * Wi-Fi * Nurse Call * Two Way Communication * Phone/Data Communications *Responsibilities* * Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimates * Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposal letters * Maintain files of all documents to back-up estimate figures and update estimating & CRM software * Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines * Create/process proposals, budgets, change orders, and RFIs * Order materials, review contracts, determine labor needs * Inspect or review projects to ensure compliance with building and safety codes *Qualifications* * Bachelors degree from an accredited collage or its equivalent in education and experience * High level knowledge of the NEC, NFPA 72, & CBC * NICET Level 2 preferred * Proficiency in Accubid preferred * Ability to prepare detailed low voltage estimates based on limited, conceptual design information and existing site conditions * Must possess a strong work ethic, organizational and communication skills * Experience managing low voltage construction projects * Ability to work in a team environment and independently * Must be able to manage multiple projects, have excellent time management skills and meet deadlines * Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and PlanGrid * Passion for the trades and love for what you do * At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry *Benefits* 401k enrollment and 5% matching contributions Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Bonus opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.
