Position Overview: We're in search of a versatile Cabinet Shop Service and Warranty Specialist who will handle small deliveries, warranty work, service-related tasks, and assist in shop activities or cabinet installations when service tasks are not required.
Your primary responsibilities include installing and adjusting cabinet doors/drawers, fitting cabinet parts/inserts, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
Experience in high-end cabinetry and prior work in a cabinet shop are essential.
Responsibilities: Perform small deliveries and manage transportation logistics.
Address warranty concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Install and adjust cabinet doors, drawers, and various cabinet hardware.
Utilize expertise in high-end cabinetry to ensure quality work.
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and managers.
Maintain a valid driver's license for deliveries and service calls.
Create and manage task lists to ensure timely completion of projects.
Provide progress reports to managers on completed tasks.
Assist in shop-related activities or cabinet installations when service tasks are not scheduled.
