Rehoming Small Farm Animals (pittsburg / antioch)

Hello to all Small Farm Animal lovers.
Do to my health, I need to find forever homes for my egg laying hens.
7 of my 10 hens are looking for permanent forever homes.
Please, they are strictly for pets.
The best place would be a "FOREVER" avian sanctuary or a small farm wanting fresh eggs every morning.
If there is any sanctuaries or small farm animals that would accept my girls, I would certainly appreciate it.
I would also like if I could visit with the girls occassionally.
