1972 VW camper Bus Adventurewagon (fremont / union city / newark)

1972 VW Bus Hi-top Adventurewagon Camper Bus Excellent condition bus for the year.
Very minimal rust.
I have brand new window seals that I’ve replaced all but three windows.
Brand new rock n roll bed never been installed brand new fuel tank installed.
I have all the original interior pieces to use for templates to make new interior.
I have the original stove, fridge, water tank as well.
The motor does need to be rebuild.
The mechanic says it has no compression.
I have tons of extra parts, dual carbs.
brand new chrome VW emblem for the front.
I love this bus but I’m not going to be able to finish it.
I need to get rid of this ASAP $10,000 Will consider trades for: Classic cars/trucks (must run and drive) commuter car (must be nice and have lower miles) Harley, Ducati, or BMW GS motorcycles.
Trades must have same value or you have cash to make up the difference.
