We are looking to hire an overnight caregiver to help support our aging mother who is highly functional and needs assistance with minimal tasks such as medication administration and light housekeeping.
Our goal is to allow our mother to stay in her home and comfort zone as long as possible.
Our family has been in this home since 1985.
In return, we are offering free lodging.
Mom lives in the same 3 bed/2 bath home that we grew up in (Southgate area of Hayward).
You would have your own bedroom and bathroom as well as full access to the backyard.
WiFi, kitchen, laundry, are all included as well.
Mom is a 81 yo woman who spends most of her time at home.
She enjoys going on walks, cooking, game shows, and puzzles.
She is a devout Muslim.
She prefer someone of south Asian descent who can communicate in Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi but is open to anyone who may be a good fit.
Must be female, tidy, cleans up after herself
No overnight guests
No parties
No alcohol or pork products in house
Shared bathroom (when she has guests)

Plenty of street parking, occasionally use of driveway
Partially furnished bedroom (bed, dresser, closet)
