Hello, My name is Christina and I am a 44 year old, single, disabled woman looking for a room to rent.
About me: I’m quiet but friendly.
I clean up after myself and others when asked.
I use very little electricity and I take quick showers.
I may be disabled but I am functionally disabled which means that I can care for myself and I don’t require special accommodations.
I’m very polite, mature and I’m a good listener.
I don’t have any pets but I love them.
I love art of almost any kind, candles, oh and I’m a vegetarian .
The look and smell of meat won’t bother me.
I can cook simple dishes but I’ve been broadening my knowledge of cooking.
I have no prior (or current) evictions.
My rental history is good.
I’m hoping to find a place by May 1st.
