Acrylic Soaking Tub (san leandro)

Hi I would like to trade the tub for a sink setup i can do dishes in Smallish with a counter of some sort The Tubs never been used .
I got it from Habitat for 300 bucks about 5 years back but Its not got a place where I am and I need a sink setup .
Its been stored nicely so its clean .
It weighs like 25 lbs so you could push it the front yard and bathe there if you wanted.

Has a deep seat but not too huge.
If anyones interested in a trade Ill get all the info to you .
Im open to anything sinkish especially the unconventional .
Weird is fine as long as its functional and not Ratty.
