My objective with this ad is to let as many people as possible know that this property is about to come on the market.

A few notes about the photos:
Many Oakland Hills homes have great views; this property also has quite a bit of street frontage, quite a bit of parking, and a deep lot! And the home is big! See that photo of the living room; that's NOT using my phone's wide-angle lens!
It has a detached in-law unit, below the two-car garage.
I've left-out photos of the game room since it's still cluttered with a pool table, arcade game, indoor hot tub, and bar!
I'm also realizing that I need to get photos of the in-law's kitchen, and it looks like I'm missing at least one bedroom.
So I'll be updating these photos.
(Note: I'm copying square footage, lot size, etc from an appraisal, and other sources that I assume to be accurate.
But you know what they say about assumptions!)
