Looking for an investor to put up capital to buy and flip single family home deals.
I find the deals, comp them, put them in contract, fix them up, and sell them for less than a regular broker and contractor would, while you put up the cash to do the deal.
I am a licensed real estate broker, as well as a licensed contractor, developer, with a long development and construction background.
I have built and developed single family homes, townhouse communities, and apartment complexes.
I have also remodeled, redevelopment, managed, and project managed ground crews, concrete and grading, landscape development and architecture, a history of architecture, interior and exterior as well as plumbing, roofing and framing.
I come from a real estate background and family having flipped owned and operated over thirty or so hundred unit apt buildings in San Francisco, Concord, and Pleasant Hill, having also gotten started building gas station/mini marts throughout the valley.
I have spent the past fifteen years working with numerous home rehab groups, as a broker, buying, (Court house steps, MLS, off market, probate, REO) selling and comping real estate in the immediate Bay Area.
I do the paperwork, the actual work, you sit back and collect a check after rehab.
I do already have a hand full of investors that are interested enough to move forward just don't have the time to focus on such a small investment to make it worth the small amount of time involved with watching over the deal.
