Preschool Teacher

*Preschool Teacher* King's Valley Christian School is looking for an experienced dynamic preschool teacher to join our team! Our school has been open and operating in the Concord CA community for over 45 years.
We offer a valuable premier education and enjoy being on a beautiful 10 acre campus! It is our goal to help each child learn, grow, feel cared for, and valued.
Teaching our students about God and helping them develop a relationship with the Lord is a primary focus.
*Teaching Responsibilities and Requirements:* * Qualified applicants must possess at least 12 Early Childhood Education units.
* Teach preschool students ages 2-5 with creativity, imagination, and a sense of humor.
* Integrate Christian faith and a biblical worldview throughout the teaching of all subject areas.
* Participate in weekly chapels and speak in chapel on a rotating basis with other teachers.
* Maintain a healthy learning environment for the students in the classroom as well as instruction while monitoring and managing students’ behavior, including appropriate enforcement of student behavior rules.
* Maintain records by documenting learning accomplishments, attendance, and behavior.
* Follow the established curriculum guidelines to ensure coverage of school student learning outcomes.
Modifications to the established curriculum may be made upon mutual agreement with the administration.
* Promote a positive school culture by participating in school events and special activities.
* Work together with the preschool team to support and receive support to promote student success.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
00 - $23.
