Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and explore.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and collaboration.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Assess students' progress through observation, testing, and other assessment methods.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for students.
Requirements: - Minimum 6 ECE units completed or enrolled, 3 of them should be Infant/Toddler units.
- Previous experience working with Toddler/preschool children preffered but not required.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with young children.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
