Our family fitness Swim and Tennis Club is interested in hiring a part-time Kids Club Attendant/ babysitter to supervise and play with our members children while their parents remain on site.
We are seeking an experienced, caring professional who truly enjoys spending time with kids.
The successful applicant will be responsible for engaging them with fun and safe activities, keeping us updated on events throughout the day and alerting us immediately if there are any problems.
Punctuality, attention to detail required, multitasking skills, and reporting any safety hazards is a must.
Must be available to work during the kids club hours of 8:30am-1pm and 3:30pm-7:30pm Monday through Fridays and 8:00am-12pm on the weekends.
Babysitter responsibilities and duties:
* Alert the parents immediately if there are any issues or problems
* Engage children with fun activities, such as games, puzzles or pretend play
* Monitor accuracy of member sign in and out times, as well as record times on babysitter log.
* Organizing toys, cleaning of babysitting toys and room.
* Punctuality a must, attention to detail required, multitasking skills, and reporting any safety hazards.
Babysitter qualifications and skills
* Must be 18+ years of age or older
* Basic math skills needed
* 1+ years’ experience in babysitting
* Light record keeping of children check in
* Must provide at least three valid references
* First Aid and CPR certifications required.
We will provide a CPR Class on site every 2 years
* Must be able to pass Trustline/Social Services and Fingerprint screening to work with children.
