JOB DESCRIPTION:
Kids at Work has been offering programs for children aged 8-weeks through Pre-K for over 20 years.
We are constantly evolving our team and practices to best meet the needs of our wonderful families, as well as the staff.
We strive to create an environment that promotes growth, positivity, and exploration.
Kids at Work provides four classrooms within an open play-based environment.
The infant room, toddler room, 2's room, and pre-k classes are all separated by half-walls with direct sightlines to the other areas of the school.
This open floorplan allows the children and staff alike to learn from one another, creates bonds, and promotes teamwork that crosses age groups and specialties.
Due to high demand for childcare, we are eager to meet the growing needs of our families by expanding our capacity.
In order to do so, we are seeking teachers for all four rooms.

You will be joining a fresh team lead by a management duo comprised of seasoned teachers who understand the ins and outs of your position, but also respect your need to develop your own teaching style.
This allows you to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum while receiving the support and training needed to improve your skills as an early educator.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* 12+ Early Childhood Education units
* 3 units in infant/toddler is required for the infant and toddler rooms
* Mandated Reporter Training Completion
* First Aid / CPR Certification

00 /hour commensurate with education and experience
* Annual/Biannual COLA raises
* Pay increase available upon completion of certain ECE coursework
