Assistant Teacher/Floater Infant Toddler Program

Diablo Valley Montessori School in Lafayette, CA is looking for assistant teachers to work in our Infant Toddler program.
We are seeking warm, enthusiastic individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team.
Applicants should have a deep love and respect for children and a desire to provide an educational environment that allows for freedom within limits and encourages each child's unique abilities and gifts.
Flexibile Hours: 8:00am - 5:15pm Requirements: * Minimum 12 ECE Units * Classroom experience with young children * Ability to adapt to flexible floater schedule and work in various classrooms within the Infant Toddler program * Live Scan and TB clearances * MMR, DTAP; Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations required * Ability to move with ease through the classroom, get on the floor with children and lift up to 40 pounds * Experience in a Montessori Classroom preferred Salary Range: $20.
