Job Requirements:
* 12 ECE units
* Related AA/ BS
* AMS or AMI Montessori training
* Minimum of 1 year experience as a Head Teacher
* CPR, first-aid skill and 15-hour Health and Safety training
* Must be able to provide 3 references
* Must have fingerprinting, health screening and TB test
* Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
Responsibilities
* Create a warm environment, provide guidance and teach children
* Implement curriculum in the classroom
* Plan, prepare and maintain units of study lessons, and 'works' (mini-tasks)
* Have a positive and high in the classroom
* Maintain individual student records
* Work collaboratively with co-teachers in the classroom and others during curriculum development and materials exploration
* Implement developmentally appropriate and best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.
