Daycare Assistant

Responsibilities: - Assist in the daily operations of the daycare facility - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children - Engage children in age-appropriate activities and educational play - Assist with mealtime and snack preparation - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility - Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child under your care - Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive learning environment - Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns Qualifications: - Previous experience in early childhood education, childcare, or related field - Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate activities - Strong classroom management skills - Ability to handle behavior management and discipline effectively - First aid and CPR certification preferred - Patient, caring, and compassionate towards children - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
