The Quarry Lane School seeks Extended Educational Program Support Staff.
This position is crucial to supporting all staff and students in implementing all programs/activities throughout our preschool-12thgrade programming.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:*
· Supervises/Monitors/ENGAGES all age students, preschool – 12th grade, during multiple activities.
· Assists with the development and coordination of the calendar for program activities and events designed to complement student learning and enrichment.
· Assists in the planning and implementation of a daily program which will meet the needs of the children in attendance: set up program, projects, and activity areas as needed.
· Maintains a clean and organized environment for students.
Demonstrates and involves students in cleaning and organizing the program activities before, during, and after use.
· Supports all age students, preschool – 12thgrade, to maintain a harmonious atmosphere throughout campus.
· Maintains appropriate order and student conduct.
· Helps to guide all age students in developing good habits of citizenship and sportsmanship.
· Encourages and promotes courtesy among all age students, preschool-12th grade.
· Knowledge of safety rules and habits.
· Observes that safety rules are obeyed and applies school site disciplinary policy and student conduct code.
· Monitors students to ensure their health, safety, and physical well-being, and performs routine First Aid and CPR, performs first aid in emergency situations according to established procedures.
· Ensures safety protocol and procedures with parents at drop-off/pick-up in parking lot.
· Assists students to resolve minor conflicts.
· Organizes/maintains storage areas on campus.
· Reports unauthorized activities and unauthorized persons on school grounds to appropriate authority.
· Supports office administrative team with office duties, when needed: preparing, typing, duplicating and filing materials, log and record information, create and maintain records and files as assigned, answer telephones and schedule activities as assigned.
· Supports preparation for events and programming on campus (some but very few evening programs).
· Supports teaching staff/covers for teachers during breaks and/or absences, as needed.
· Assists with the communication process of accident reports if students are injured.
· Supports maintenance of school with small improvement projects.
· Delivers packages throughout campus.
· Moves boxes, small furniture, etc.
when needed.
· Performs related duties as assigned.

· Effectively use a ladder and basic tools.
*Training and experience:*
*1-2 years of experience working with children in an academic setting*
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
*12 ECE units preferred*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.
