Infant/Toddler Teacher

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in each child - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns Skills: - Experience in babysitting, nannying, or childcare - Strong behavior management skills to create a positive and structured classroom environment - Knowledge of infant care and toddler care techniques - Understanding of childhood development principles and milestones - Ability to engage and educate preschool-aged children through interactive activities - Experience working with diverse student populations - Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
