We are looking for part-time art instructors to facilitate art classes themed around STEM topics for after-school programs in the East Bay.
In this role, you will guide kids to explore STEM-related Art activities and help them expand their imagination and artistic skills in various media.

*Required Qualifications:*
* Most important- Fun and engaging personality, ability to motivate elementary students and build trust
* Knowledge and experience in teaching STEM integrated Art curriculum
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of all ages
* Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
* Be able to clear background checks and TB test
* At least 1 year's experience working with elementary-aged children
* Effective classroom management skills (up to 20 students at a time)
* At least 1 year of college education
* Able to commute to school sites in the East Bay- have your transportation
* Ability to lift and carry ~20-50 lbs.
on an occasional basis with or without accommodations.
*Compensation:*
* We pay $25-$30 per hour.
We will pay for all hours worked, including teaching, setup, and training.
Compensation will be based on your experience.
* Any day that you teach, you receive AT MINIMUM 3 hours of pay.
*Availability:*
* After-school hours between 1:30 PM-4:30 PM
* This part-time position will provide between 3-15 hours of work per week based on number of days worked.
