To Whom It May Concern: My name is Annie Lorenzini and I am a High-End Nanny / Household Manager with over 25 years of experience.
I left my corporate job in Silicon Valley to go back to my roots with the work that brings me joy.
I have cared for over 300 children in my career.
I want to find a family that values experience and wisdom in a Domestic Staff employee and wants to make a long term authentic connection with a Nanny / Household Manager.
At the age of 24, I started my own Domestic Staffing Agency called Annie’s Nannies and Domestic Staff.
I grew the business to have a long term placement and on-call department with over 100 Domestic Employees, a 24 hour on-call program, a hotel and corporate nanny department as well as four full time staff employees to help run the day to day operations.
I owned and operated Annie’s Nannies and Domestic Staff from the years of 2000-2010.
I was extremely proud of starting the business and giving others the opportunities to be gainfully employed in the Domestic Staff world.
At times as the business owner, I still would go out on jobs because of my true love for working with families and helping them make their households run smoothly or give that exhausted new Mother a break.
My own daughter is now in college, and being her Mother has always been my number one job even though I have maintained full time work.
Playing and make believe are mandatory when children are in my care.
I have a degree in Early Childhood Development.
I was a nanny for multiple families in my twenties and was an on-call nanny in Hawaii for families on vacation.
I have worked with high needs children and have traveled the world as a Domestic staff employee.
In my work as a Travel Nanny, I also have the ability to navigate a new city with children, finding activities that help children to both develop age appropriate understanding of culture and aid in their adjustment to new environments and countries.
