After School Enrichment Teacher

MCVT teaches after-school singing Enrichment classes to elementary schools and preschools.
We are looking for energetic, dynamic, and responsible Instructors to teach our curriculum to schools.
Responsibilities include: * Preparing the curriculum for the day including crafts, music, games, and activities.
* Ensuring the kids are engaged, happy, and safe.
* Creating the crafts that will become the props for the songs.
* Teaching the coordinating choreography for the song.
* Preparing for the concert at the end of the session.
* Engaging with parents verbally and via email.
The candidate must be responsible and have experience working with children.
Must have a passion for the arts.
Singing, dancing and acting experience a huge plus.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to work in the afternoon during after school hours.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $30.
00 per hour Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week Schedule: * Afternoon shift * After school * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Lafayette, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * Experience with children: 1 year (Required) * performing arts: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
