We are seeking committed and passionate After School Program Assistant to design and/or lead academic, physical, and enrichment activities as part of our East Bay After School Programs.

*Minimum Qualifications*:
* 1-2 years experience in a K-12 setting
* Available Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week, afternoons until 6 pm
* Commitment to social justice, youth leadership and development
* Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines
Preferred:
* Commitment to a full school year
* Commitment to participate in professional development
*Responsibilities:*
* Assist the Program Coordinator in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the program at the school site
* Support program coordinator in supervision and safety of the program
* Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
* Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom and on the campus
